This Rosato has been inspired by our Italian roots. Made using 100% Pinot Grigio with extended skin contact, creating palate resembling Orange Wine. This wine displays notes of raspberry, white currant, citrus, earthiness and minerality. The palate is balanced between fruit and acidity with gentle tannins on the finish.
