We use RIEDEL 001 Crystal glassware, these glasses are designed to complete the red wine experience, elevating fruit and complexity.
Taste a true terroir from our vineyard and watch the legs slowly climb down the sides of these big glasses.

The WHOLE Portfolio
A Tasting like NO OTHER! Taste our WHOLE Portfolio, try each and every single wine we currently have available on our menu. This is an excessive tasting, we provide a large cheese board as a palate cleanser. The wine is poured in massive crystal wine glasses to elevate the experience. This experience is a 3hr tasting!

A table prepared for a celebration, taste wine together in our cozy cellar with your friends and family. Enjoy wine and a delicious cheese board. The tasting always starts off with a sparkling wine where you can cheers your birthday guest.

Booking our cozy barrel room opens up a variety of possibilities for intimate gatherings and memorable events. With it’s warm ambiance and rustic charm, the space is perfect for hosting private wine tastings, birthday celebrations, or corporate meetings. Guests can enjoy an exclusive experience surrounded by our oak barrels, providing a unique backdrop for socializing or enjoying a curated selection of our wines. The barrel room offers a distinctive setting that showcases the essence of De Simone Vineyards.
