Untamed and rearing with honour, the Stallion is the proprietors blend. Created using the finest hand selected grapes are vineyard has to offer. Partial Appassimento, resulting in a fierce ultra-premium, full bodied, bold red.

Notes of black cherry, fig, chocolate truffle, and allspice. With legs of viscosity this wine has been aged in brandy and French oak barrels.

Blend of this Stallion: 50% Cabernet Franc, and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

14.9% alc./vol.

This could be the last Stallion, get it while it’s available, as only small batches are made on good vintages.
